30-Day Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

90-Day Repair Guarantee

We offer a complimentary 90-day repair service for eligible issues such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Loose stones

  • Broken clasps or settings (not caused by accidental damage or wear & tear)

To request a repair, email us with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials


Exchanges

Need something else? Simply return your original item, and once approved, place a new order for the desired product.
